At Davierun, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with hassle-free returns and refunds, subject to the conditions below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your product.
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories.
- Products showing signs of wear, misuse, or installation damage are not eligible for return.
2. How to Request a Return
Email us at customer@davierun.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable). Our team will guide you through the process.
3. Refunds
- Once your return is approved and inspected, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or faulty treadmill, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund based on your preference.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order may be in processing and cannot be cancelled.
6. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different model or variant, please return the original product and place a new order.
